- Abstract
- Dispersed materials and technologies of production of new titanium alloys, of corrosion resistant steels of an increased biocompatibility, of new bioactive composites, of small thin-walled parts of a complicated shape, of porous implants and coatings and individual implants are considered. It is established that nanosized level of medical products enables to increase significantly their activity and to diminish the dosage, as well as a nanosized level of diagnostic products enables to use specific physical and chemical properties for their localization and movement through the system of blood vessels and microcapillaries to affected tissues. It is marked that nanostructured topology of implants surface ensures a rapid and stable integration of implants in the organism due to the adequacy to corresponding components of adjacent tissues, due to a high value of free surface energy and to the presence of radicals groups on the surface.
