- Abstract
- The mathematical model of drying process of a glue coverage on a rubber surface is offered. The problem of solvings of mass- and heatexchange are given. Both solutions are obtained by an operational method with the help of Laplace transformations. The аnalytical expressions for calculation of mass concentration of a solvent in a glue coverage and in a rubber surface for different values of time qualitatively reflect actual physical process. So it is possible to observe on the constructed concentration profiles. The obtained solution of a problem of a thermal conduction allows to analyze temperature changes in a rubber surface at drying of a glue coverage. The procedure of calculation of fields of solvent concentration and temperature promotes optimization of drying process and raise of quality of made production.
