- Abstract
- The description of organizing process of off-schedule repair with the help of system's model of mass service with expectation was offered. Quality parameters of its functioning was researched. The dependences, allowing to synthesize system with the set quality of functioning, proceeding from probabilistic and economic criterions were received. The program, allowing to automate calculation of number of repairmen in probabilistic and optimum statements was described.
