- Abstract
- Opportunities of creation of new structure and functional materials with high specific strength, wear resistance, a wide interval of operation temperatures, the enhanced produceability and shape memory are considered. The approach based on pulse technologies, on a combination of highly technological methods of materials structure modifying with modern methods of their volumetric or surface processing is offered. Opportunities and examples of nanostructuring of bulk alloys by a combination of severe plastic deformation and pulse influences (laser shock-wave processing, electrostimulated plastic deformation) are resulted.
