- Making of hard alloy with straight nano-structure hard alloy it is unpossible, because spring up chaps and friability of structure. Discover any way - nanopowder of tungsten carbide is mixing into general volume of hard alloys charge. But arise a problem - how many theirs require for getting of good taste. There are made special template compounding with layers of standard hard alloy and layer of nanopowder. After sintering were taken several zone of structure. The first - is layer ordinary hard alloy with course-grained structure. The second - is layer with original structure similar to mitered herringbone flooring. And central layer with fine grained structure.
