- Abstract
- There were synthesized and researched new chlorinated, brominated, chlorsulfonated, bromsulfonated, chlorbrominated and chlorbromsulfonated polybutenes-1 (PB) up to 66 % halogen contain. New halogenated polymers possess high tensile strenthg, elasticity, adhesion and improved fire resistance. Polymers with halogen content 14-45 % possess properties of typical rubbers and have good compatibility with different industrial rubbers. Highly chlorinated PB (62-66 % Cl) exceeds chlorinated natural rubber in production of hightemperature glues and adhesives. They are high quality bandings for glues, adhesives and lacquers. New chlorinated PB possess the temperature of fluidity 140-170 ° C against 105-115 ° C for industrial anagoques-chlorinated rubbers, chlorinated PE and chlorinated PVC with the some chlorine content. Halogenated PB possess a good compability with hard plastics (PE, PP, polystyrene et al) and effectively improve their elastisity and fire resistance. They are recommended for the effective processing of secondary plastics. Halogenation of surface of PB-films improve properties of films surface.
