- Abstract
- Short review of modern works on designing and investigation for bulk nanostructured shape memory TiNi-based alloys is presented. Fundamental physical and mechanical of such materials, traditional and novel technologies of its obtaining in high strength state, including methods of severe plastic deformation, superrapid solidification, liquid-solid synthesis of metalloceramics (cermets), are considered. Some applications for engineering and medicine are discussed.
