- Abstract
- The efficiency of applying of fullerenes, astralenes, nanopipes as structural nano-modifiers of epoxy carbon plastics, polymeric materials of aviation purpose application has been investigated. The technology of finishing of carbon reinforcing fillers with saturated solutions of fullerene C60 in aromatic hydrocarbons is developed. The technological schemes of alignment of carbon nanoparticles with olygomers, polymeric systems have been tested. Thermo-analytical investigation of carbon nano-particles behaviour within olygomer, binders, prepregs and plastics has been carried out. The influence of nanomaterials on the rheology of polymeric binders is evaluated. The morphology of nano-modified epoxy matrix and microstructure of the boundary interface "reinforcing fiber - polymeric matrix" has been investigated by the method of electronic microscopy.
