- Abstract
- Properties of cement-wood chips plates impregnated by sulfur bath are considered. It is shown that modulus of elasticity of plates increases more than twice, mechanical strength increases on 13-19 %. It is determined that increase of properties is consequence of law of additivity of modules of elasticity of composite materials and redistribution of mechanical stresses in them. Elastic properties of sintering ceramic materials essentially depend on porosity, quantity and composition of glass binder. Modulus of elasticity in that case can be expressed by correction: E = E0(1 - P)m. Index m depends on quantity and composition of binder.
