- The physical chemical basis of self-organizing dissipative nanophases hardening phenomenon, ordered in time-space heteroenvironment, are reviewed, cellular substructures by K-phase abjection and nanocomposite stabilization on operation phase-obtaining of qualitatively new conditions of increased impact strength and gap resistance of traditionally used steels and hard alloys. The methodology of nanostructuring on manufacture and operation stages is major component of resource improvement and competitiveness of machine building.
