- Abstract
- For an evalution of risk of explosion and fire danger at manufacting of titanic products the complex methodology of the expert estimation based on consecutive application of methods "Ishikawa", "Pair comparison", construction of Paretto curve and the АВС-analysis, and allowing to reveal the significant reasons of environmental pollution, is used. Potential consequences to influence of manufacture on an environment are determined by the FMEA-analysis. Adjustment actions for decrease of risk are offered proceeding from values of parameters of risk and occurrence of defects RPZ. All life cycle of process of manufacturing products from titanic powders is analysed by method of decomposition (standard IDEFО) and the operations resulting in environmental pollution are revealed.
