- Abstract
- Results on research of a microstructure and dielectric permeability of ceramics on a basis titanate of barium with additives of a palladium, copper and nickel entered by a method of chemical sedimentation on initial charge are submitted. It is shown that the metal additives of a palladium, nickel and copper entered in such a way, increase the size of a grain of ceramic titanate of barium, change dielectric permeability of a material.
