- During development foreign and last years and domestic methods of an estimation of the investment projects a lot of determinations of the given concept was offered. In article the generalization of the various approaches is made and the original treatment of concept "project" and "investment project" is offered. The given definition can be taken for a bases of development of a universal method of the complex analysis of the investment projects.
