- Abstract
- Filtering materials from metallic fibres (MFM) were developed. Specimens of MFM were produced using powder technology from discrete mono-disperse fibers. MFM are technologically acceptable and filtering elements of various forms can be easily produced from them. MFM are supposed to be used as filtering material for regenerative filtering elements in discountable filters for cars to provide fine cleaning of oil instead of paper filters.
