- Abstract
- Fragmentation of matrix phase and self-organization of nanostructures of h-phases, ordered in spatial-temporary heteroenvironment, at thermocycle substructural hardening in conditions of thermal stabilizing processing change properties of metall-ceramics. At the expense of the advanced surface of matrix-phase subgrains the efficiency of synthesis of K-phases and combined nanostructures on a base of SiC raise on borders. Synergos approach allows to operate with concept of a choice by the metall-ceramics system between versions of mechanisms of energy dissipation in varying environment conditions. It is necessary to create conditions of environment comfortable for evolution of heterostructure in the direction, necessary to us. The constructional strength, durability and trouble-free resource of ceramics products of instrument and tribotechnical purpose with use of new technologies raise up to 500 % without change of chemical composition of traditionally used ceramics.
