- Abstract
- During the detonation synthesis the mixture was obtained containing diamond nanoparticles, which were isolated and purified by chemical means, as well as their properties are investigated, confirming their nanoscale size. It is shown that the detonation nanodiamonds (DND) can be efficiently introduced and distributed in the composition of the anozite propellant. The patterns of influence of the detonation nanodiamonds on the thermodynamic characteristics of combustion, the actual concentrations and flow dynamics of this process were revealed, indicating the possibility of using DND as a promising component for the propellant with the efficient combustion parameters.
