- Abstract
- We consider the joint strength steel sheet parts with parts made of polymeric composite materials (PCM), performed with the aid of steel fasteners (TBE) spear shaped and additional adhesive layers. In order to create a relatively simple engineering approaches to the design of steel-composite connections the results of the compounds static test compare with the results of theoretical calculations for strength made by known methods of structural mechanics. To assess the strength of connections offered fairly simple algorithm. An example of the comparative strength calculation of the metal-composite connection subjected to static tests "to failure" is adduced.
