- Abstract
- Dielectric and magnetodielectric characteristics of multifunctional composite namaterials based on solid solutions of system (1-х)BiFeO3 - хPb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 in which extreme components combine ferroelectric and magnetic properties have investigated. The optimal concentration range of solid solution with approaching temperatures of Curie and Neel for practical application in microelectronic devices have extracted.
