- Abstract
- Composite materials based on niobates of alkali metals 0.94(K0.46Na0.54)(Nb0.9Ta0.1)O3+ +0.06LiSbO3 and modified over stoichiometry by 1 mas % and 2 mas % of NiO was obtained. It was established that doping of 2 mas % of NiO had led to considerable growth of relative permittivity, piezoelectric modulus, coefficient of electromechanical coupling of planar oscillation mode, halving of mechanical Q maintaining high value of piezosensitivity. Assumption about coupling of sharp "softening" of properties of object with special crystal-chemical activity of nickel was expressed. Possible fields of application of developed materials were proposed.
