- Abstract
- Composite cylinders with seamless titanium liner and the shell of the carbon fiber can provide the highest weight efficiency under cyclic loading. To create these cylinders need to solve complex technological problems, to carry out computational analysis and optimization of the structure of power shell as well as pilot testing of strength and impermeability. For the manufacture of liner was used pellet technology. Testings of prototypes of the two sizes of cylinders of small and average capacity are conducted. The obtained results can be used to create a high-pressure cylinders for articles launch vehicles and spacecraft.
