- Abstract
- The peculiarities of structure and macro-responses composite materials based on solid solutions of the system of lead zirconate-titanate (PbZr1-xTixO3) were studied in a wide range of concentrations of the components. It is shown that changes in the electrophysical parameters are non-monotonic, the spasmodic character of the associated with a periodic change of the phase composition, based on the real structure of objects. It was established that in the formation of macro-responses also contribute: the spontaneous deformation, whiсh the priority in the T - region, and domain reorientations that are different from 180° and are prevailing in the Rh phase. The obtained results can be used for the atomic modeling and design of composite materials designed to work in different piezo-technical units (devices of nondestructive testing, ultrasonic emitters, etc.).
