- Abstract
- Unalloyed specimens of pure (PFN) and doped by 1 %, 2 % and 3 % of MnO2 (PFNM1, PFNM2, PFNM3) lead iron niobate were obtained by solid state reactions techniques with conventional ceramic technology sintering. Influence of modification on structure and dielectric characteristics of lead iron niobate was investigated. Explanation of observed effects was suggested and based on crystalochemical specification of modifiers and it's localization in the structure of base compound.
