- Abstract
- The structure, optical and dielectric properties of thin films Ba0.5Sr0.5Nb2O6 (BSN), prepared by RF sputtering ceramic target BSN on various substrates, are studied. It was found that the lattice constant c of the films at thicknesses greater than 150 nm corresponds to the lattice constant of bulk material. Analysis of the specular reflection of polarized light from BSN / MgO (001) in the wavelength range 600-800 nm has shown that the optical properties of the crystals are close to properties of BSN.
