- Abstract
- Solid solutions of four- component system (1-х)(Na, Li)NbO3-хPb(Ti, Zr)O3 were obtained by double solid phase synthesis followed by sintering using hot pressing method. X-ray diffraction set the region of existence of phases with different distortion of the perovskite cell. The effect of not 180-degree domain reorientation in the process of polarization of the ceramics on electrophysical parameters of solid solutions is considered. Materials with a relatively low value εT33/ε0 and high enough high V1E were developed. They can be use them as a basis material for the devices at microwave frequencies. Materials with high values εT33/ε0 = 2000-2300, Kp= 0,550-0,569 and |d31|= 85,6-170,0 pC/N can be used effectively in the low-frequency electromechanical transducer.
