- Abstract
- The most effective methods of reception load-bearing aircraft structures from reinforced polymeric composite materials are considered. The basic criteria of a choice of a method of moulding, proceeding from the geometrical sizes and form aircraft structures, them loading, and also processing behavior of the polymeric binding are resulted. Features, advantages and lacks prepreg autoclave are presented. Technology of aircraft structures moulding and modern technological solutions are described and examples are resulted. The analysis modern non-autoclave aircraft structures manufacturing techniques from a reinforced plastics by injection and infusion moulding is carried out. Their advantages and lacks are pointed, examples of various aircraft structures elements moulding are resulted. Values of the basic strength characteristics of the up-to-date foreign and domestic reinforced plastics (CFRP), made with application prepreg autoclave, injection and infusion non-autoclave technologies are given and compared. Conclusions are drawn on an effective usage of the combined and integrated processes for building aircraft structures from reinforced plastics.
