- Abstract
- Influence of the thermodynamic prehistory (modifying effects and sintering temperature) on the microstructure of the ferropiezoelectric materials based on the complex niobium oxides of alkali metals have been examined. Analysis of obtained data makes it possible to select the most appropriate solid solution in the capacity for it further modifying. Regularities of the influences of the small variations of the cation composition on the macroproperties of the investigated objects were established.
