- Abstract
- The results of selection of optimal technological regulations for obtaining the ceramic functional materials with the participation of barium titanate are presented. It is established that with increasing content of strontium titanate in the binary system of solid solutions (1-x)BaTiO3-xSrTiO3 (BST) optimal sintering temperature of the objects increases, what is probably due to lesser the radius of strontium in comparison with radius of barium, and, consequently, shorter length and higher strength of the chemical bonds. Determined appropriate conditions of the preparation of solid solutions, including the mechano-activation techniques, ensuring their high - density, the degree of the perfection of the crystal and grain structures, the characteristics of the piezoelectric activity, improved dielectric properties.
