- Abstract
- The dependences of the inverse piezoelectric modulus, half cycles of electromechanical hysteresis loops and polarization of the (Pb1-α1-α2Srα1Baα2)[ Tix Zry 〈(Nb2/3 Zn1/3)( Nb2/3 Mg1/3)〉1-x-y]O3 solid solutions on the amplitude of the DC electric field, as well as on the concentration of components in the system were investigated. Correlations of polarization, deformation and structural properties of the investigated solid solutions of the system were established. Recommendations for practical use of studied composite materials were performed.
