- Abstract
- Studied ceramic solid solutions Ba1-xSrxTiO3 in the interval 0.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.0. Constructed the phase diagram of the system at room temperature. It is established that, in contrast to the well-known phase transition from tetragonal phase to cubic for x = 0.3, the system of solid solutions experiences two phase transition: first from tetragonal phase in pseudocubic in the range 0.2 < x < 0.4 with signs of modulation in the directions 〈110〉, the second from pseudocubic in cubic phase in the interval 0.6 < x < 0.8 with signs of modulation in the directions 〈111〉.
