- Abstract
- The article shows the problem of defect detecting in multilayer polymer composite structures of aircraft. It is proposed to use the thermal imaging inspection method for the detection of delamination and separation of the skins from the filler in multilayer structures. Analyzed the factors affecting the defect detection in the application of thermal control devices and methods of thermal influence on the controlled objects. The article describes the results of the mathematical modeling of heat transfer in multilayer structures. Presents the results of the experiment on the defect detection in multilayer structures made of polymer composite materials.
