- Abstract
- The review of scientific research works and patents for the last 50 years in the field of creation, study and application of environmentally friendly ferroelectric and related functional (intellectual) composite materials in micro-, nanoelectronics, piezotechnics and other branches of the real sector of the economy is presented. The issues of ensuring the environmental safety of industrial production, based on the paradigm of the best available technologies, are considered. Stages of development of a nontoxic (environmentally friendly) direction in ferropiezoelectric materials science are given.
