- Abstract
- One of the directions for improving of manufacturing quality of high-precision, size-stabilized composite mirror composite antenna of millimeter range is considered. Antenna is part of electronic equipment of aircrafts and spacecrafs. The construction of forming tool from fibrous composite materials is proposed taking into account the requirements and features of manufacturing of mirror antennas. Various technological processes and methods of manufacturing of forming tool construction equipment are considered. Carbon-reinforced plastics are proposed for manufacturing of construction, depending on the chosen manufacturing method, taking into account comparative analysis of the physical and mechanical characteristics and economic parameters of the analogs. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the proposed carbon-reinforced plastics have been determined experimentally. Comparison of the proposed construction of forming tool from composite materials with its metallic prototype is made.
