- Abstract
- The issues of designing radiotransparent head antenna fairings for aircraft are considered. Choosing of fiberglass as a composite material more suitable for the manufacture of the product was substantiated. Elements of analytical strength calculations of radiolucent fairings (RPO) are described. Using the developed design of RPO from a composite material as an example, the features of mathematical modeling are described. The importance of the role of finite element analysis in assessing of the structure operability at different stages of exploitation is shown. The results of the stress-strain state under different types of loads are compared.
