- Abstract
- To calculate stresses and strains in the cylindrical part of a high-pressure composite vessel with a load carrying metal liner, the deformation theory of plasticity and the netting model of a fibrous composite material are used. On the cylindrical part, the composite is directed in the circumferential direction. We consider linear and nonlinear hardening of the material of the liner. The analysis of stresses and strains in the liner and composite layer is performed. Relations for calculating their thicknesses are proposed.
