- Abstract
- The article proposes a new integrated approach to the analysis and evaluation of the parameters of the structures of reinforcing materials, the creation of a generalized 3D-model of an elementary structural cell of a composite, and the development of a method for calculating the physical and mechanical characteristics of reinforced polymer composite materials (ArPCM). The presented algorithm is based on the use of modern methods of X-ray computed tomography (XCT), 3D modeling, the capabilities of CAD programs and engineering computer systems (CAE). The proposed methodology is an alternative to experimental methods for studying and determining the complex of physical and mechanical characteristics of anisotropic materials and products.
