- Possibilities of substitute of carbon steels and alloyed tool steels used as cutting tool in the machine for grinding meat on stainless steel 40X13 subjected to carbonitriding in a high-speed carburizer. Heavily carbonitric-saturated diffusion layers covering this parts provide them with high cutting capacity, self-sharpening and wear resistance.
