- Abstract
- Uniaxial mechanical deformation of cross-linked epoxy systems on the base of resolcinol diglycidic ester (DGER) and diamine metaphenylene (MPDA) of composition 1:1 combined with phenolformaldehyde resin (PFR) at constant tension rate and temperature was considered. It was revealed that parts of epoxy polymer and PFR form with each other intermolecular bonds, but cross linked polymer form with PFR united net cross-linked structure. It was shown, what at straining with constant tension rate deformation DGER-MPDA with PFR was become slower in comparison with deformation DGER-MPDA without PFR on account of intermolecular interactions of resin and polymer. Tension processes in both cases are no less than three reversible consequent stages. At constant tension rate stades to an end by destruction of specimens.
