- Abstract
- Parameters of the structure of reinforcing elements of thermal protecting C-C composites ablated along the FV flight trajectories are manifested on the surface as large-scale and finely divided roughness. The large-scale roughness is formed by outcropping of reinforcing elements of thermal protecting C-C composites. When thermal protecting C-C composite frames are assembled, impregnated with coal tar under pressure and carbonized at high temperatures in subsequent phases, their reinforcing elements can slightly bend and deviate from nominal reinforcing directions. This causes fluctuations in the distribution of roughness over the surface of elements of thermal protecting C-C composites from the theoretically nominal. Presents a method of accounting for the influence of slight deviations of reinforcing elements from nominal reinforcing directions upon the distribution of equivalent sandy-grained roughness.
