- Abstract
- It has been established that the use of mechanical activation at the manufacture of ceramics of the composition (1-x)(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-x(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 allowed increasing the relative density of ceramics by more than 10%. It has been found that several morphotropic phase transitions occur in the (1-x)(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-x(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 system at room temperature. It is shown that the increasing amount of (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 in the study system leads to the temperature stability of the dielectric properties in the range 100-250 оC. Solid solutions of the system (1-x)(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-x(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 with a high content of (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 are promising bases for charge storage.
