- Abstract
- Based on the developed statistical-thermodynamic model, based on data on the local structure of the compound and taking into account the striction interaction caused by the large size of the Ba cation, the formation of ferroelectric phases in perovskite BaTiO3 was studied. Based on this model, it was possible to qualitatively identify the factors determining the features of thermodynamic behavior and reproduce the process of formation of the entire set of phase states observed in BaTiO3.
