- Abstract
- Based on the Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 PZT system, dispersed crystalline powders with x = 0.33, 0.34 have been obtained. The dielectric properties of the samples were studied in the temperature range from 300 K to 533 K and frequencies (8.2-12.4) GHz. The dielectric constants were calculated using the Nicholson-Ross-Weir (NRW) method. During the study, anomalies in the areas of structural instabilities were identified and graphically illustrated. A conclusion was drawn on the feasibility of using the data obtained in the design of microwave components for telecommunication systems.
