- Abstract
- A series of ceramic samples of solid solutions of a four-component cation-substituted system of the type (Pb1-α1 - α2 Srα1Baα2) [Tix Zry (Nb2/3 Zn1/3)(Nb2/3 Mg1/3 )1-x-y]O3, with a1 = 0.02, a2 = 0.073, x = 0.415-0.430, у = 0.402-0.422 were obtained by two-stage solid-phase synthesis followed by sintering using conventional ceramic technology. A study of the electrical properties of experimental samples over a wide temperature range (300-600) K revealed that their parameters remain stable with temperature changes, with the exception of sharp, abrupt changes near the phase transition to the non-polar phase. The observed extremes in piezoelectric characteristics in various temperature ranges are likely due to phase transformations in the material. It is concluded that the obtained data can be used in the development of thermally stable piezoelectric devices.
