- Abstract
- The article is concerned with the problem of optimal design of composite lattice strip formed by a system of unidirectional composite ribs made by filament winding. The strip is in the state of pure shear and simulates a shear web of an airplane wing. As a result of design, the optimal structural parameters including the rib cross-section, angle between the ribs and the web thickness are obtained. These parameters provide the minimum of the structure mass and satisfy strength, local and global buckling constraints.
