- Abstract
- This article introduces an orthogonal (Parameters are mutually independent) framework for 3D-printing, classifying the existing methods by the features of material positioning and consolidation mechanism. The system developed allows to introduce types of structural defects based on kinematics and kinetics. The generality of the approach is verified by a comparative analysis of two technologically opposite groups - vat photopolymerization and contour-based melting deposition. In the field of composite materials, the approach proposed allows to reduce the dimension of multicriterial optimization for feature-specified products technology routes.
