- Abstract
- Peculiarities of phase formation in the manufacture of polycrystalline BST-containing components (as targets) for multilayer composites based on ferroelectric thin films had been investigated. Found that the critical dependence of the properties of BST-ceramics on the conditions of their production is determined by liquid phase influence on recrystallization sintering. Correlation between the conditions of sintering of ceramics, their microstructure and dielectric properties has been defined.
