- Abstract
- The problem of formation and use of ceramic composite materials and coatings on the basis of calcium phosphates for medical appointment is considered. Experimental data of a microstructure of the coverings sputtered by plasma spraying of hydroxyapatite powders on metal (titan) and nonmetallic (sitall, polikor) substrates are resulted. It is revealed, that coatings include the various, irregularly distributed, microstructural formations - monolithic polydisperse alloys, emptiness of the various sizes and nanostructural congestions. Possibility of obtaining of structurally organized coatings by a method of managed process of plasma spraying is explained.
