- Abstract
- Effects of simple and combined modifiers on electrical properties of environmental safe ferroelectric piezoelectric ceramic materials on basis of (Na1-xLix)NbO3 and (Na1-xKx)NbO3 was founded. The features of dielectric spectra of these materials were investigated. By modifying the ferroelectric piezoelectric ceramic materials with high mechanical quality factor, piezoelectric sensitivity, piezoelectric activity and anisotropy of piezoelectric modulus and low conductivity were obtained. These materials promising for use in a number of areas of the economy (precision accelerometers in the security systems of aerospace engineering, non-destructive flaw detection of structural materials in metallurgy, ultrasound well logging in oil production and construction).
