- Temperature dependences of pyro- and dielectric properties of PbZr1-xTixO3 poled ferroelectric specimens with 0,02 ≤ x ≤ 0,05 were investigated before and after thermostating at the temperature of 450 °C. It was established, that in all specimens after exposure to elevated temperature for more than 1 hour the temperature of ferroelectric-antiferroelectric phase transition nonreversible increase at cooling. Original position of phase-transition point at afterpoling with cooling through. Curie temperature on temperature scale was not recovered. Heating of the same specimens up to T ≈ 650 °C in bridged mode with the subsequent sharp oil immersion at Troom ("hardening") is accompanied by additional increases in the interval of existence of the antiferroelectric phase of 3 to 15 °C with increasing x.
