- Abstract
- Temperature behavior permittivity at different frequencies solid solutions based on PbNb2/3Zn1/3O3, PbNb2/3Mg1/3O3 and PbNb2/3Ni1/3O3 was investigated in the frequency range 25 Hz - 1 MHz and temperature range (25-700) °C. A number of regions with qualitatively different behavior of the dielectric characteristics which correlate with the succerssive phase transitions in the system and the chemical composition of solid solutions was exposed. Established intervals were linear and quadratic Curie-Weiss law. The conclusions about the practical application of these materials were decided.
